I wanted to study Psychology since adolescence, with the desire to accompany through different stages of their life. I believe that as human beings we are incredible, designed with emotions and composed of a variety of areas that make us integral. For me, it is a privilege to be able to know their stories and accompany them in their personal processes.

In 2009 I had the opportunity to study Psychology and English in Kentucky, United States, and this has motivated me to learn about cultures from the psychological perspective, their visions of life and ways of connecting between people.

In recent years, I have suffered injuries and chronic pain from a lumbar hernia, which has led me to seek medical and emotional support, therefore I have come to know the sporting world and integrate it as a fundamental part of my self-care. I have practiced triathlon, and this has inspired to help those who need it.

I am passionate about traveling, listening to classical music, practicing sports, doing photography, and working in English.

Regarding my work area, I love helping people from diverse fields, hence I am a Clinical, Organizational and Sports Psychologist.

I have helped organizations and companies in the North and South of Chile, delivering workshops and coaching sessions, and I have also led a team of occupational psychologists in the Healthcare Service. 

Simultaneously, I have delivered psychotherapy sessions to children, adolescents and adults, and also coaching workshops in the sports and organizational fields, both in my private practice and via long-distance video calls. 

Currently, I help people and companies through face-to-face and online sessions, workshops and motivational talks. And I enjoy it!
